Welfare Officer- Capacity Development

Focus: Industrial Relations, Grievance Mechanism and Local Law

By the end of the Training Participants will understand:

how to address sensitive issues and introduce social dialogue,
the tools and approaches to strengthen existing grievance mechanisms
Local Law- Bangladesh Labour Rules and Bangladesh Labour Act.
