Arron Goldman joined Better Work Indonesia after working as a Technical Officer for Better Factories Cambodia.
Originally from New Zealand, Arron has worked for over ten years in compliance and governance roles in the private sector, NGOs, and most recently, for the last seven years with Better Factories Cambodia. He has expertise in apparel supply chains in Asia and the Pacific, working with the Decent Work in Garment Supply Chains project supporting the development and launch of the Asia Garment Hub.
“The maturity and progress of the sector in Indonesia is exciting to see, despite the challenges,” Arron says.
“There is work still to be done and by working collaboratively, stakeholders have a genuine opportunity to create sustainable change to improve outcomes for workers and employers alike. I’m excited to come to Indonesia to support the opportunity to accelerate these goals.”
