Operations Manager, Better Work Vietnam

The Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the Better Work Vietnam services to factories and buyers as part of working towards the creation of an independent, self financing local entity. He or she will also work closely with the IFC advisory services team that is providing support to set-up the project and develop training tools as well as to the Global Better Work program which is comprised of ILO and IFC staff.
